| My mission is to provide the general public with high-resolution, high quality, vector versions of the Final Fantasy logos. Why? Because I wanted to, that's why. It's fun for me, and there was a distinct lack of them in existence. How do I make them, you ask? Well, first off let me say that there's no live-tracing going on here. I don't have Photoshop or Illustrator on my new computer, so I just use freeware like GIMP and Inkscape for my digital work. For these logos, I use Inkscape and manually trace every single line until I'm satisfied with the result. I'm glad people seem to be enjoying them! Here, you can watch me making one: [link] |
